BetCopilot — Account Deletion
If you want to delete your BetCopilot account and all associated data, you have two options:
How to request deletion
- In-app deletion. Open the BetCopilot app → go to Settings → Delete Account.
This will permanently remove your user account and all associated data (wallets, bets, movements, statistics).
- Request via email. Send a request from your registered email address to
info@betcopilot.io. Our team will process the deletion and confirm within 30 days.
Data deleted
- User profile
- Wallets and transactions/movements
- Bets and multiple bets
- Derived statistics
Data retained
Anonymized logs may be kept for security and compliance reasons.
Important: Once deleted, your account cannot be restored.
